FAQs

In addition to our retail location, we sell items online through our weekly Facebook Live Sales.

We do these sales on Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 4pm.  You may also purchase from us from Instagram or Facebook posts. Make sure you have an account with us here so you can shop the sales!  Sezzle payment plan option available too!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL-NO RETURNS

Our team processes orders for either in store pick up or shipping during store hours Tuesday-Saturday 11a-3p est.  

Local Pickup: You will receive notification via email that your order has been processed and is ready for pickup.  At that time, you may come in and pick up during store hours. 

Delivery orders: Shipping time for online orders is 7-10 days so plan accordingly. Items damaged in shipping will be addressed on a case by case basis with the shipping carrier.  You may contact our customer service department with damage claims.  Email katie@schoolhousesalvage.com with photos of the damage and the item number,  please allow 3 business days for a response.

The tracking number provided to you in our automated system emails defaults to USPS. You will need to use the provided tracking number to track your package at www.ups.com
