In addition to our retail location, we sell items online through our weekly Facebook Live Sales. We do these sales on Wednesdays at 6pm and Fridays at 4pm. You may also purchase from us from Instagram or Facebook posts. Make sure you have an account with us here so you can shop the sales! Sezzle payment plan option available too!
Our team processes orders for either in store pick up or shipping during store hours Tuesday-Saturday 11a-3p est. You will receive notification via email that your order has been processed and is ready for pickup. At that time, you may come in and pick up during store hours.
Shipping is charged $8 for the first item in your cart and $1 for each additional item up to $15 per order. Your cart will expire after 12 hours but we encourgae you to only check out one time per 12 hours. We will not adjust shipping charges for multiple orders thoughout the week.
Heavy items and large will incur an additional fee. Shipping time for online orders is 7-10 days so plan accordingly. Items damaged in shipping will be addressed on a case by case basis with the shipping carrier. You may contact our customer service department with damage claims. Email email@example.com with photos of the damage and the item number, please allow 3 business days for a response.
The tracking number provided to you in our automated system emails defaults to USPS. You will need to use the provided tracking number to track your package at www.ups.com
All sales are final. Please be confident that the items you are purchasing will fit and work in your home prior to completing your purchase. We are happy to take additional pictures and measurements for you. You are also welcome to stop into the store if you are local and check out the item prior to your purchase. All purchases of online products will need to be paid for online not at the store counter.
Your invoice must be paid within 12 hours! Do not add items to your cart that you will not be checking out.
Unlike the big box stores (Target or Walmart) and Amazon-when you put items in your cart here, they are held for you. This means no one else can claim them. In addition, unlike these stores, most of our items are unique (quantity of 1). We ask that you only put items in your cart that you plan to purchase. If you add something by accident, no worries, please just promptly remove it from your cart.
Our system is automated so as it removed from your cart, it will automatically go the next person. If you have the time to claim items, you have time to pay. Your fellow shoppers appreciate it

Any customer service questions will be answered during normal store business hours (Tuesday-Saturday 11a-3p). Please allow three days to receive a response from our team.
If you have items you would like to offer for purchse you will need to email photographs to email@example.com with asking prices. We will review them and get back to you in approximately two weeks. We do not take walk in items for sale at the shop and our team at the shop will refer you on to email firstname.lastname@example.org and will not make offers at the store counter.
